Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize process integration flows for 3D NAND memory devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process parameters and specifications
- Analyze and troubleshoot process issues using statistical methods and experimental design
- Develop and implement process control strategies to enhance yield and reliability
- Document processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge transfer
- Stay current with emerging NAND technologies and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration, preferably in NAND memory
- Strong knowledge of 3D NAND architecture and fabrication processes
- Expertise in statistical process control and data analysis techniques
- Experience with experimental design (DOE) and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
