In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense for our network infrastructure. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless connectivity, rapid incident resolution, and continuous optimization of our telecom environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network performance and infrastructure health using enterprise-grade monitoring tools.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve network incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches on network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Provide technical support and escalate critical issues to the engineering team according to SLA guidelines.
- Document all incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and network configurations thoroughly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network efficiency and capacity planning.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding incident status and network performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a NOC environment or similar network support role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or similar vendors).
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
