Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop detailed engineering specifications, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and manufacturing drawings using CAD software.
- Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk assessments to mitigate potential product defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, and production to resolve technical issues.
- Establish and maintain robust quality control protocols and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve yield rates.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product non-conformities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NPI, product development, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Pro/ENGINEER.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and engineering standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
