Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day engineering activities on-site to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor site safety protocols and enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot equipment and infrastructure issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and engineering logs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural and operational integrity.
- Manage material logistics and technical resource allocation effectively.
- Liaise with local stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site-based engineering or relevant field operations.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory standards in the natural resources and energy sector.
- Proficiency in engineering software and technical documentation tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based, outdoor environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage small teams.
- Willingness to be based in Tabanan, Bali.
