We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer (PCTD) - Ceramic to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves conducting precise testing and quality control of ceramic materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical and chemical testing of ceramic materials using specialized equipment
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all testing procedures comply with Singaporean regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new testing protocols for ceramic innovations
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing instruments
- Train junior engineers on proper testing methodologies and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Ceramic Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ceramic testing or quality control
- Proficiency in operating testing equipment (e.g., hardness testers, spectrometers)
- Strong knowledge of ceramic properties and failure analysis techniques
- Certification in relevant testing standards (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for reporting technical findings
