Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current manufacturing workflows to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve process bottlenecks effectively.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with internal quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and yield rates.
- Document process changes and maintain detailed technical reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Proficiency in using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight production schedules.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
