In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the semiconductor lifecycle, bridging the gap between design, fabrication, and yield optimization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive process integration activities for advanced semiconductor nodes to meet yield and quality targets.
- Analyze electrical test data and in-line metrology data to identify root causes of yield excursions.
- Collaborate with Fab process modules (Etch, Lithography, Thin Films) to optimize unit processes and integration schemes.
- Design and execute Experiments (DOE) to improve device performance and reliability.
- Manage the introduction of new products or process shrinks into the production environment.
- Support cross-functional problem-solving initiatives to minimize cycle time and scrap rates.
- Document technical findings and participate in global knowledge-sharing sessions with international sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or a related process module.
- In-depth understanding of CMOS device physics and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (JMP, SAS, or similar).
- Proven ability to interpret electrical characterization data for logic and memory devices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.
