Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product compliance documentation, ensuring alignment with international environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH, and WEEE.
- Conduct internal audits and testing to verify that products meet Emerson's strict quality and environmental standards.
- Monitor global regulatory updates and assess their impact on product design, lifecycle, and material sourcing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to integrate compliance requirements early in the product development process.
- Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of products through sustainable material selection and waste management strategies.
- Train and guide junior team members and staff on compliance policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product compliance, environmental engineering, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong working knowledge of environmental directives (RoHS, REACH, WEEE) and other relevant international standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and the MS Office Suite.
