Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the master-listing of calibration for all measuring and testing equipment in the production department.
- Perform routine and scheduled calibration checks to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze test data to identify trends and suggest corrective actions for quality improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive calibration documentation and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production quality issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards and internal quality control protocols.
- Train production staff on the proper use and care of precision measuring tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in production engineering, quality assurance, or equipment calibration.
- Strong understanding of metrology and calibration principles.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as CMM, calipers, and micrometers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid certification in equipment calibration is a strong plus.
