Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and develop strategies to reduce operational costs and waste.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, ISO procedures, and quality control protocols at all times.
- Perform root cause analysis on production failures and recommend sustainable engineering solutions.
- Maintain accurate production records, performance reports, and process documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
