As a Checker Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing rigorous inspection strategies to ensure product consistency. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with 1-5 years of experience to specialize in quality assurance and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement advanced checker strategies to ensure high standards of product quality and consistency on the production line.
- Analyze production data, inspection reports, and defect trends to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and R&D teams to refine technical specifications and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Update and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency and defect reduction targets.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production staff regarding quality standards and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in production engineering, quality control, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance methodologies, and defect analysis.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, computer-aided design (CAD) software, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
