We are looking for a dedicated Engineer, Safety to join Tenpower Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Banting, Selangor. In this critical role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive safety and health programs tailored for our manufacturing plant. Your primary objective will be to ensure regulatory compliance with local standards and foster a culture of safety among all employees.
You will conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards before they escalate. Collaborating with management, you will develop emergency response plans and safety training modules to ensure all staff are well-prepared. This position offers a competitive salary of RM 4,800 – RM 7,000 per month and the opportunity to make a significant impact on workplace safety and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Safety & Health (S&H) management systems.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and induction sessions.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or Health & Safety.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Certification such as NEBOSH, OSHAD, or SSMS is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
