Your responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, from concept design and feasibility studies through to construction supervision and post‑occupancy evaluation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of building infrastructure projects for the TTSH Medical Tower, ensuring alignment with hospital operational goals.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and civil works into cohesive project plans.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes, tracking milestones and reporting status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, fire safety codes, and healthcare facility standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value‑engineering reviews to optimise cost, quality, and sustainability.
- Oversee construction and installation works on‑site, performing quality inspections and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain maintenance protocols, operating procedures, and as‑built documentation for all building systems.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, applying innovative building technologies and digital tools such as BIM and IoT‑based monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years (for Engineer) or 5 years (for Senior Engineer) of experience in building infrastructure or project management, preferably within healthcare or large‑scale commercial projects.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Familiarity with Singapore BCA codes, M&E standards, and sustainable design frameworks (e.g., Green Mark).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and CAD/BIM tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional engineering registration (PE) or equivalent in Singapore is advantageous.
