- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures for semiconductor products
- Collaborate with R&D teams to define product specifications and testing requirements
- Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for product improvements
- Lead the development of automated test solutions to enhance testing efficiency
- Document test procedures, results, and product performance metrics
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on testing methodologies
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in product testing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product testing, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and equipment
- Experience with automated test systems and programming (e.g., Python, LabVIEW)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus
