Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and engineering specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
- Analyze structural designs and provide actionable recommendations to resolve field issues.
- Manage material procurement and usage to ensure cost-effectiveness and waste reduction.
- Ensure all construction processes comply with local building codes and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (S1 Teknik Sipil) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or other structural design and project management software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural mechanics, and building methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site crews and subcontractors.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and perform site-based fieldwork.
