We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer Staff to join the technical team at PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia. This is a pivotal role where you will take the lead in mechanical design efforts, developing high-precision 3D and 2D models as well as detailed engineering drawings. You will be instrumental in ensuring the overall performance, reliability, and quality of our products. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead mechanical design projects from initial concept through to final production drawings.
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using industry-standard CAD software.
- Perform stress analysis and simulations to ensure product integrity and durability.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve design issues and optimize production processes.
- Conduct material selection and prototype testing to validate engineering specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety regulations and industry quality standards.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and bills of materials (BOM).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling and drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse teams.
- Willingness to work full-time in a manufacturing environment.
