Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop composite material solutions for aerospace/automotive applications
- Conduct material testing, analysis, and performance evaluation
- Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development and validation
- Implement quality control standards and safety protocols
- Research emerging composite technologies and industry trends
- Optimize manufacturing processes for cost-efficiency and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Materials/Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 2 years' experience in composites or R&D environment
- Proficiency in CAD software and material simulation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ASTM/ISO testing standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of composite fabrication methods preferred
