Join Autoliv's dynamic team as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of component quality in our automotive manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive process and quality system audits at supplier premises to ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949 standards
- Investigate, resolve, and document supplier-related quality issues for component parts using root cause analysis methodologies
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance plans for new component launches and existing supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align quality requirements with manufacturing capabilities
- Manage supplier corrective action plans and verify implementation effectiveness
- Represent Autoliv in quality-focused supplier development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or quality engineering
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ASQ CQE, IATF 16949 auditor)
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP)
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supplier collaboration
