Biomed Diagnostics Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer, Technical Service to join our growing team in Jurong East. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless deployment of our advanced diagnostic instruments. This role involves managing complex installation projects, providing critical administrative support, and overseeing the commissioning process to guarantee optimal equipment performance.

You will coordinate logistics for instrument relocation, troubleshoot technical issues during setup, and ensure all project milestones are met efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for complex installation and relocation projects.
- Perform the installation and commissioning of diagnostic instruments according to manufacturer specifications.
- Liaise with clients to understand technical requirements and project timelines.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed during installations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities and equipment status.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical service, field engineering, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and installation manuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
