Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Monitor production lines to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new hardware and technical systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members or operators.
- Ensure compliance with all site-specific safety regulations and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
