In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary coordinator for all internal and external engineering requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary project coordinator for end-to-end plant building projects, ensuring seamless integration between internal engineering teams and external contractors.
- Oversee technical design specifications, ensuring all engineering solutions adhere to local regulations and global safety standards.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including procurement of materials, site inspection, and progress tracking against established KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure construction quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor build progress and verify that work meets rigorous Hartalega engineering benchmarks.
- Manage technical documentation, including CAD drawings, project manuals, and commissioning reports.
- Facilitate effective communication between vendors, consultants, and internal department heads to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial plant construction or large-scale facility engineering.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools (AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with both internal and external vendors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and high-stakes deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
