Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hands-on RF debugging and testing on the manufacturing floor to isolate and resolve complex hardware and signal integrity issues.
- Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to identify root causes of failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Establish, configure, and maintain RF test setups and equipment, including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
- Analyze test data and performance metrics to validate product specifications and improve manufacturing yield.
- Develop and update test procedures, work instructions, and validation plans to ensure consistent quality.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and technicians on the production line.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in RF engineering, test engineering, or hardware debug within the telecommunications or electronics industry.
- Strong working knowledge of RF test equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Oscilloscope) and their application.
- Deep understanding of RF principles, including impedance matching, transmission lines, and noise figure.
- Experience with troubleshooting RF circuitry, PCB-level issues, and embedded systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with RF standards (e.g., GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G) and protocols is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
