As an entry-level Workshop Engineer, you will undergo comprehensive mentorship and hands-on training. You will work alongside veteran industry professionals, learning the ins and outs of boiler systems, thermal energy equipment, and advanced fabrication and maintenance techniques. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the overhaul, assembly, maintenance, and testing of industrial boilers and energy systems within the workshop.
- Interpret technical drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and engineering specifications to support assembly and repair tasks.
- Perform routine quality checks, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tests on workshop components and machinery.
- Document daily workshop activities, equipment test results, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers and field technicians, to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Strictly adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior internship experience in a workshop or industrial setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong hands-on technical aptitude with a genuine interest in heavy machinery and thermal energy systems.
- Basic familiarity with technical drawings, engineering schematics, and workshop hand tools.
- Proactive learning attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a workshop environment based in the West Region of Singapore.
