- Liaise with cross-functional modules to control and resolve defect excursions
- Analyze semiconductor manufacturing data to identify root causes of yield losses
- Develop and implement yield improvement strategies and process optimizations
- Monitor defect trends and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Document yield improvement initiatives and track performance metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for defect reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing or yield engineering experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC)
- Experience in defect analysis and excursion resolution methodologies
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
