Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of villa and spa infrastructure to ensure safety and compliance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations of the property.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repair logs.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and technical supplies.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Previous experience in engineering maintenance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Valid technical certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is an advantage for international communication.
