Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and operational systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational downtime
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational continuity
- Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hospitality Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Certification in facility management is advantageous
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
