Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chairman in the daily operations and strategic oversight of mall engineering projects, ensuring progress aligns with company objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates and highlighting any potential risks to the Chairman.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, and distribute detailed minutes for engineering and management discussions.
- Handle confidential documentation, financial reports, and correspondence related to engineering and property development matters.
- Liaise between engineering vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve project issues and facilitate smooth communication.
- Manage and maintain project management databases, filing systems, and digital records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the Chairman’s review and external engagements.
- Support the Chairman in organizing site visits, site inspections, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant, preferably within construction, real estate, or mall management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of engineering project management principles and construction workflows.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
