Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all facility operations including maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure management
- Lead engineering teams in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic facility plans aligned with production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and OHS protocols
- Manage departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for operational synergy
- Drive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in engineering/facilities management within manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving process improvements
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic production environments and GMP standards
- Certification in facility management, safety compliance, or project management preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
