Trust Hardware Philippines is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility operations in Davao City. As a vital member of our management team, you will ensure the seamless operation of our physical infrastructure, encompassing retail spaces, warehouses, and office facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all repair and maintenance activities. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring a safe, high-quality environment for both our employees and customers. Beyond technical oversight, you will mentor a team of technicians, manage external vendors, and implement rigorous safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facility structures to minimize operational disruptions.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, ensuring cost-effective procurement of services and materials.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for senior management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to support facility upgrades, renovations, and new store openings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (License) is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in facility maintenance or engineering supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and technical systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both English and local dialects.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CAD software.
