Join Dolmar Land as our Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) Manager and lead a highâperforming team responsible for construction management, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and the engineering office functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all engineering projects meet regulatory standards, are delivered on time, and stay within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
In this position you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities, implement robust QA/QC processes, and coordinate with crossâfunctional teams to drive operational excellence. You will be expected to develop strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the engineering and technical services department, overseeing construction management, QA/QC, and engineering office operations.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and costâeffective delivery of engineering projects.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, inspection protocols, and compliance with local, national, and international engineering codes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and streamline project workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimizations, and adoption of best practices across all engineering functions.
- Mentor, train, and performanceâmanage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards throughout all project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7â10 years of experience in engineering management, construction, or QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of managing largeâscale construction or infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
- Inâdepth knowledge of engineering standards, building codes, and quality assurance frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and decisionâmaking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of working in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools (AutoCAD, SAP, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
