In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our engineering department's daily operations. You will work closely with senior engineers to drive process improvements, maintain data integrity, and ensure the seamless execution of engineering projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Support engineers in the execution and tracking of daily engineering programs and production activities.
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress.
- Generate, analyze, and update monitoring trend charts to highlight process efficiency and detect anomalies.
- Coordinate and supervise engineering runs, ensuring protocols are followed and results are recorded.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and preparing detailed summary reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve production yield.
- Ensure all engineering documentation complies with company safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or industrial training experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, charting, and data management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven manufacturing environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technical tools.
