Tanggung Jawab
- Assist engineers in designing, testing, and implementing glass manufacturing processes
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for engineering projects
- Conduct research and analysis to support product development and process optimization
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and quality control measures
- Support safety compliance initiatives and maintain workshop cleanliness standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Ability to interpret engineering schematics and technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
