In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining operational efficiency on the production floor. You will support senior engineers in daily technical tasks, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist engineers in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and production lines.
- Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Document production processes and assist in compiling technical reports for quality assurance.
- Support the troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or industrial experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.
