Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate production equipment to ensure smooth workflow during 12-hour shifts.
- Conduct routine quality checks on hard-disk components, adhering to strict industry standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery as directed.
- Document production logs and report any operational anomalies to the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the handling of chemicals and raw materials according to safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment is highly preferred.
- Able to commit to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (Day/Night).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Must be comfortable handling industrial chemicals with proper protective gear.
