Join PERSOL as an Engineering Assistant and play a vital role in maintaining our utility equipment and facilities. We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to work in shifts to ensure operational excellence. This role involves the routine maintenance and troubleshooting of non-shift utility equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to the reliability of our infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to perform daily checks, ensure safety compliance, and manage equipment logs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to embrace the demands of a 12-hour shift schedule.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of utility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing non-shift utility machinery and systems.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and work instructions at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment logs.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Senior Engineer immediately.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or minor modifications.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in engineering maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of utility systems.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including 12-hour shifts, as required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
- Valid Work Permit (if applicable) and eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
