Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
- Lead capital projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
- Manage engineering teams, including technicians and specialists, to achieve operational targets
- Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain departments for seamless operations
- Analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing industrial maintenance and capital projects
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement systems
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) preferred
