Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee energy management systems and ensure full compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations and Type 2 registration standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report comprehensive energy consumption data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce waste.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals to ensure project milestones and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs through energy efficiency and maintenance improvements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure all engineering equipment is functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align engineering goals with broader business objectives.
- Manage the budget allocation for engineering projects and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering).
- Valid Certificate of Registration as a Type 2 Energy Manager with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian energy regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse engineering teams.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, data analysis tools, and facility management systems.
