- Support production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues
- Document equipment performance and maintenance activities
- Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support new equipment installation and commissioning processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems
- Familiarity with engineering tools and equipment maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
