Siltronic, a global leader in silicon wafer manufacturing for the semiconductor industry, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Engineering Assistant, Quality Assurance (CofC) to join our Tampines facility. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our Certificate of Conformance (CofC) and Q-stock systems, directly impacting production flow and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you will resolve issues that affect wafer inventory availability, troubleshoot system inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold our stringent quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve daily CofC and Q-stock issues to maintain sufficient wafer quantities for shipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain the existing CofC / Q-stock system to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to streamline quality processes.
- Generate, review, and manage quality documentation and certificates of conformance.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support internal and external audits related to quality management systems.
- Assist in implementing new quality assurance procedures and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on CofC processes and system usage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Certificate of Conformance (CofC) procedures and Q-stock systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
