Tanggung Jawab
- Execute reliability and tribology testing for head and media designs according to established test protocols.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, failure modes, and potential improvements.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and precise measurements.
- Document all test results, observations, and findings in detailed technical reports.
- Assist senior R&D engineers in troubleshooting and refining test methodologies.
- Ensure all laboratory operations adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall product development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with tribology principles, reliability testing methodologies, and engineering standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and statistics.
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory testing equipment and data analysis software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) is a plus.
