You will work closely with process and equipment engineers to troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize production workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct hands-on support for production line operations to ensure seamless manufacturing throughput.
- Perform root-cause analysis and execute corrective actions for equipment-related technical malfunctions.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance yield and reduce production downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to validate new technical setups and test procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of machine performance, maintenance activities, and process deviation reports.
- Monitor production metrics and utilize SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools to identify process drifts.
- Support the training of junior staff on safe handling procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Drive 5S initiatives and ensure a clean, efficient, and safe workspace in accordance with safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for process monitoring and data collection.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced production setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical data clearly to various stakeholders.
- Commitment to workplace safety standards and total quality management (TQM) principles.
- Ability to work rotating shifts if required by production scheduling.
