Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and repair of mechanical systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and coordinate with vendors for major repairs.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards and company protocols.
- Document maintenance logs, repair records, and engineering reports accurately.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve workflow and process efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an engineering or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks as needed.
