We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineering Specialist to join our team in Sidoarjo. In this role, you will play a critical part in our project lifecycle, specifically focusing on light steel construction processes using Pinnacle software.

Tanggung Jawab
- Utilize Pinnacle software to design and execute accurate light steel construction plans.
- Conduct comprehensive material take-offs and cost estimation for residential and commercial projects.
- Analyze labor productivity and equipment allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and progress updates for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the field team to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications.
- Monitor and control project budgets to prevent cost overruns.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material quality and availability.
- Ensure all engineering outputs comply with safety and structural building standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in light steel (baja ringan) construction is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Pinnacle software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for cost estimation and financial reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, tools, and labor management processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and architectural blueprints accurately.
- Willingness to be placed in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
