In this pivotal role, you will oversee bill of materials (BOM) governance and materials management, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.
You will be responsible for maintaining ERP master data accuracy, leading Engineering Change Order (ECO) and End-of-Life (EOL) initiatives, and implementing robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Report (CAR) methodologies to resolve production challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving yield improvements and optimizing material flow to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
Collaborating closely with supply chain, engineering, and production teams, you will provide technical inputs for Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, analyze cost structures, and develop strategies to minimize material waste and reduce production costs. - Lead BOM and materials governance across all manufacturing operations
- Manage Engineering Change Order (ECO) and End-of-Life (EOL) processes
- Ensure ERP master data accuracy and system integrity
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Reports (CAR) for production issues
- Implement yield improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics
- Provide technical inputs for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and cost analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain BOM documentation standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Proven expertise in BOM management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of ECO/EOL processes and lifecycle management
- Experience with RCA/CAR methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Familiarity with RFQ processes and material cost analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
