Join J&T Express as an Engineering Construction Management Staff and lead transformative infrastructure projects! We're seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the complete lifecycle of Gateway construction projects, from initial planning through to final handover. This critical role demands expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings, rigorous testing protocols, and commissioning procedures. You'll ensure projects adhere to technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines while optimizing resource allocation. The position requires proactive problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions that drive our logistics network forward.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage entire Gateway construction projects from planning to handover phases
- Oversee MEP design implementation and technical compliance
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks
- Prepare progress reports and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in construction project management
- Proficiency in MEP drawings and technical specifications
- Experience with testing and commissioning procedures
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
