Ultra Delta Maju is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Engineering & Construction Manager to lead our high-impact projects in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, overseeing the full project lifecycle from engineering design to final construction execution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for all engineering and construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and control project budgets, resource allocation, and material procurement to optimize profitability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Implement and enforce strict HSE protocols to maintain a zero-incident work environment on all sites.
- Review engineering designs and blueprints to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with national regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and schedule adherence.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management regarding project status and risk mitigation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and engineering design tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of local construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in challenging environments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
