Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks for the Engineering department, including work order tracking and filing.
- Manage the Engineering store, including the procurement, storage, and issuance of materials, spare parts, and tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to prevent shortages.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of essential engineering supplies.
- Generate detailed reports on department expenses, inventory movement, and maintenance activities.
- Assist the Chief Engineer with budget monitoring and administrative scheduling.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed within the engineering storage facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering administrative or inventory control role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and computerized inventory management systems (CMMS).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently while effectively supporting a larger team.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate basic service requirements.
