Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance checks across hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and internal departments (e.g., plumbing, electrical, or carpentry issues).
- Assist in the repair and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the engineering workshop and storage areas.
- Monitor and record utility consumption data and equipment performance logs.
- Support the senior engineering team in executing planned renovation or upgrade projects.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Vocational School background in Engineering/Technical fields.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or building maintenance role is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Energetic, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented personality.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Badung/Bali area.
