As a Daily Worker in our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep, repair, and construction tasks of our luxury retreats. Whether it is general maintenance, assisting with renovations, or routine facility checks, your work directly contributes to the comfort and safety of our valued visitors. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs on buildings, infrastructure, and resort facilities to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist with on-site construction, renovation, and landscaping projects under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with strict local safety regulations and company operational standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the proper storage and maintenance of tools and materials.
- Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests from guests or staff to ensure high satisfaction.
- Uphold the high standards of The Place Retreats through diligent, quality, and timely work.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a construction worker, general laborer, or in a similar maintenance role.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, or general handyman skills is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions, including Bali's heat and humidity.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and legal right to work in Indonesia.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by operational needs.
