Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across the property.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues to minimize guest disruption.
- Maintain inventory of tools and engineering supplies, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
- Carry out general repairs including painting, carpentry, and minor masonry work as required.
- Monitor utility systems and report any irregularities or maintenance needs to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless facility operations and high standards of guest service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or general worker, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in various environmental conditions.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and handling maintenance tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by a hospitality operation.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
